Afterlee Ecovillage
Shane co-founded Afterlee Ecovillage and created the Healthy Living Community Co-operative Ltd that owns and manages the land. The community is now over 45 members and is active on the site.
As the designer, town planner and consultant, Shane and the PRC team is the leading consultant to the co-operative in managing the project and its construction from 2022 incuding obtaining DA approval for the village in 2024 from Kyogle Shire Council.
Shane and Alan are currently working through the conditions of consent (CC & OC) and managing the development of the village.
Balaya Buyul Community
Shane co-founded and co-created Balaya Buyul Community in Main Arm NSW and was instrumental in finding the site, designing the village and successfully obtaining all relevant council approvals in record time. Shane is still working on elements of the approval and individual planning issues arising at the community.

Central Queensland Permaculture Village
PRC is currently engaged to develop an exciting Permaculture Village on the Capricorn Coast with a balance of ecological, food production and housing. PRC is currently working on developing the reports required for the Impact Assessment in the relevant shire. Stay tuned.
Small Byron Shire community
PRC is currently working with a small group in developing a Community Title development (CT) in the Byron Shire NSW. There are a limited opportunities to join for people with currently money to invest. Please contact for more information.
